Husband and wife team Claire and Adrian Anderson have recently set up their own business at Wansbeck’s newest business park with the help of a designated Commercial Premises Co-ordinator, working exclusively with businesses looking to locate in Wansbeck.
Luke Dunnett of Go Wansbeck was able to draw on his extensive knowledge of commercial premises in the area and locate their 3,000 ft2 unit at Waterside Court, North Seaton Industrial Estate after he was contacted by the couple as they were setting up their vehicle valet business, Anderson Auto Valet & Detailing. “I first spoke with Claire in February and she knew exactly what she wanted having already identified Waterside Court as the place to be. I put Claire in touch with the landlord and I was able to offer her help and advice relating to rental charges, business rates etc. A few weeks later and they were settling in and had started trading,” explains Luke.
